Hawks Ridge

There is no on-site parking at Hawks Ridge. If you are driving to Hawks Ridge, and you will be there during non-school hours, you can park across the street at Pioneer Ridge Middle School. From the school, the main trailhead is to the east, on the corner of Pioneer Trail and Audubon Rd.

During school hours one can park at Pioneer Pass Park, one block north of the east end of the trail, off Bluff Creek Dr.

From the grassy corner of Pioneer Trail and Audubon Rd you'll see the trail start just right of the big trailhead sign. The trail direction is one-way, if you see a sign that says Wrong Way, please turn around and head in the other direction. All loops that split off from the main Green beginner trail come back to the beginner trail. There are some signed shortcuts to either return to the trailhead or to use as a segment repeat.
